Members of the Virginia Peanut Grower’s Association announced recently that they will be expanding acreage in an effort to produce more product. Although one of the more popular food allergies to have is a peanut allergy, the VPGA points out that Peanut Flour is available as an alternative to those who suffer allergies to wheat gluten.
