Allergy Hero!

With the rise in medical problems in the school age demographic, here is an article from Australia that calls for the return of school nurses. Long ago it was very common to have regularly staffed school nurses in nearly all schools, most were done away with due to budget cuts. Diabetes, obesity, asthma, and yes allergies are all playing a bigger part in the lives of children in most developed nations these days… yet, the exact people that could do the most good in the lives of these children, nurses, are no longer in the school system for the most part.
