Allergy Hero!

Check out this story about a new system that would allow patients’ health information to be accessible on a central computer system. The point of the program is to make it so emergency doctors would have immediate access to past health problems and allergy issues without having to take the time to get the patient’s full medical history file. This is a violation of a person’s privacy, but it also looks like it could possibly save lives too. This will cause a very interesting debate.
