Ranging in nature from a mere annoyance to a life-threatening event, food allergies are not only on the rise but are increasing in their seriousness. Reports estimate that 8% of children today suffer from food allergies, many of these kids continue to eat out indiscriminately and experience adverse reactions that are directly a result of parents not doing all they can to limit their kids interaction with the offending products.
