Diabetes Herbal Remedy

1. As far as diabetes is concerned, one of the best herbal remedies is still the bitter gourd or “karela”. This vegetable should be eaten as often as possible for best effects. There are also karela juices that are available in the market, which can be easier to ingest. Karela is effective because it reduces blood sugar levels in the blood and urine.

2. Amla’s large concentration of vitamin C is also effective in controlling diabetes. For best results, Amla juice is usually mixed with a similar amount of bitter gourd juice, which helps improve the pancreas’ natural ability to secrete insulin.

3. The leaves of Butea trees are also very useful because they reduce blood sugar and glucose.

4. Fenugreek seeds can be powdered, and two teaspoons of the resulting powder can be mixed with milk for ingestion daily. This is a very common diabetes herbal remedy and can be easily administed at home.

5. Bitter melon is also very effective in remedial of diabetes attacks and very versatile since it works in any form. It can be added to jamun and the powder of its seeds for best results.
