With the recent outbreak of wildfires in California comes this reminder for those that suffer from asthma and allergies. When the smoke blows in, you may want to stay inside. Intense smoke can aggravate both asthma and allergies. If you stay inside in a well ventilated room, especially with some sort of air purifier or even an air conditioner, life would be much better.
